- : I suffer from depression, and he gives me a reason to get up in the morning. He is a fountain of unconditional love. He’s taught me what it means to be a “dog mom,” and introduced me to a whole new community of people.
- : I had found him on the shelter’s website the night before after they had closed. Jack’s picture drew me in right away, and I knew I needed to meet him. The following afternoon when they reopened I was first in line to find him. I paced the aisles looking in run after run until I found him. He stopped his barking and stared up into my eyes. His tail shot straight up into the air. Slowly, it started to wag. Then it wagged a little harder. And harder. And I think we both knew he was coming home with me.
